ACCOMMODATION AND PAYMENT

All bookings include six nights in a private en-suite room and the complete retreat experience.

Which payment option would you prefer?

PAY IN FULL — €2,500 EARLY BIRD / €2,850 REGULAR Pay the full retreat price within five calendar days of receiving your payment instructions. €500 of the total price is treated as the non-refundable booking deposit, except where the Booking Terms and Conditions or applicable law provide otherwise.

THREE-PAYMENT PLAN — €2,600 EARLY BIRD / €2,950 REGULAR Pay a €500 booking deposit within 72 hours. For Early Bird bookings, the remaining balance is paid in two instalments of €1,050. For regular bookings, the remaining balance is paid in two instalments of €1,225. The second payment is due by 30 November 2026 and the final (third) payment by 1 January 2027.

Early Bird ends on 30 September 2026 or once the first five places are confirmed.

The three-payment plan is available for bookings approved by 31 October 2026. Bookings approved from 1 November 2026 must be paid in full.

All bookings made before 1 January 2027 must be paid in full by this date. Bookings approved after 1 January 2027 require immediate payment in full.

The total retreat price includes the mandatory GGTO consumer contribution of €9 per person per booking.

I understand that international flights, visas, vaccinations, personal expenses and travel and cancellation insurance are not included in the retreat price.
